In September 2022, the brazened stories of women and minority-owned businesses burst on the scene, coming to life on KPBS and PBS with Season One of Fresh Glass. We showcased California's most loved locations and experiences in its first season. We featured 18 businesses created or led by women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ innovators, with our venerable Host, Cassandra Schaeg, celebrating their respective journeys and triumphs.
After receiving two Emmy® nominations and one win for the Magazine Program from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Fresh Glass is impactful, insightful, and a vivid example of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Your continued support in creating groundbreaking television is needed with Season Two in production. We will continue sharing the stories and spirits of some of the Country's diverse innovators in food, beverage, and entrepreneurship.
Season One wouldn't be possible without our sponsors. The Conrad Prebys Foundation, KPBS, Visit California, Stone Brewing, Beyond Law, and our Fresh Glass Contributors took a leap of faith. They financially supported our mission to be the conduit to representation through storytelling, community engagement, and advocacy. More than ever, diverse stories must continue to be told, and we look forward to continuing this journey with your support.
